'OceanTrailCenter originated from a quaint vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. The Rossi family opened our doors in 1985 as a quaint, family-operated shop, preserving recipes that have been passed through our lineage.
Marco Rossi, our progenitor, mastered pizza craft on her journeys across Italy, receiving her skills from renowned pizza chefs in Naples—the cradle of pizza. Once back in the UK, her mission was to emulate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, with a commitment to age-old methods and the most pristine ingredients.
Starting as a cozy venue with seating for just a dozen, our pizzeria has evolved into a cherished neighborhood gem, yet our dedication to supreme quality and authenticity remains intact. We continue utilizing original wood-fire ovens, daily-made dough, and the finest materials available.
Presently, 'OceanTrailCenter is still within the ownership and management of the Rossi lineage, now with the second generation at the helm, leading our zealous team. Even with the adoption of new technologies, the soul of our enterprise persists: to serve delectable, true pizza that unites our patrons.
